Background

TMcD Project Management Limited was founded by Tessa McDonald in September 2009. The company provides a range of services related to project management and its founder has over 30 years' experience working in blue chip fmcg and healthcare companies on a variety of projects including product launches, artwork changes, manufacturing site relocations and company change programmes.

TMcD Project Management Limited offers the following services:

• Hands on Project Management: particularly end-to-end project management from definition through planning, execution and monitoring to close.    

• Project Management Consultancy: Examination of project status and recommendations as to next steps / resolution of  issues.          

• Project Management Training: introduction to key areas of and tools for project management. Groups ranging from 3 to 30 and time from 1 hour to 2 days, with possibility for client specific case studies.   

• Methodology Development: development of client specific methodology, process flows & templates.                                               
• Meeting Management & Facilitation: including preparation, facilitation in meeting and follow up.
